The SAMBA III STI Discharge Panel Test (P/N 7200-12) is a nucleic-acid based multiplex PCR test for the qualitative detection of nucleic acid from Chlamydia trachomatis, Neisseria gonorrhoea, Trichomonas vaginalis, Mycoplasma genitalium and/or the antibiotic-resistant Neisseria gonorrhoea (gyr A S91F) and Mycoplasma genitalium (A2058/59G) in female and male urogenital swabs and urine specimens from symptomatic individuals.
