SAMBA III SARS-CoV-2 Test

The SAMBA III SARS-CoV-2 Test (P/N 9100-12) is a nucleic-acid based PCR test for the qualitative detection of nucleic acids from SARS-CoV-2 in human respiratory specimens (combined nose and throat swabs) from symptomatic and asymptomatic individuals.

Key features:

• Site must only provide a swab to collect a throat/nose sample, which is subsequently placed in the SAMBA III Specimen Buffer to inactivate the virus
• Detects two specific regions of SARS-CoV-2
• Less than 1 minute of hands-on time
• Results in 35 minutes
